1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Golden Route ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Golden Route is a load board platform that connects freight brokers and carriers. The Service facilitates the posting and searching of freight loads but does NOT arrange, broker, or transport any freight itself.

4. Independent Contractors

Users of Golden Route are independent contractors. We do not employ, recommend, endorse, or guarantee any carrier, broker, or shipper. All business relationships and transactions are solely between users.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Verify credentials, insurance, and licensing of all parties before entering agreements
• Conduct your own due diligence on all loads and carriers
• Maintain all required licenses, permits, and insurance for your business operations
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Not hold Golden Route responsible for any business disputes or losses
• Provide accurate and truthful information in all postings

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Golden Route and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Any transactions or agreements made through the Service
• Any freight transportation arranged via the Service

7. No Brokerage or Transportation Services

Golden Route is NOT a freight broker, carrier, or transportation company. We do not arrange shipments, handle cargo, or provide transportation services. We are solely a technology platform for connecting parties.

8. Payment and Billing

All payment disputes must be resolved directly between carriers and brokers. Golden Route is not responsible for payment processing, disputes, or non-payment issues between users.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLDEN ROUTE'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

10. No Warranty

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service. All load postings and user information are provided by third parties and we do not verify or guarantee their accuracy.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
